Jen Flamm is the Accounting Manager and Office Manager at HawkGrips. These roles entail both accounting and operational components.
“I have all the typical accounting responsibilities, such as accounts payable/receivable, reporting, and banking,” Jennifer explains. “In addition, my role includes making sure the office is efficient procedurally, that all employees are happy, and have what they need to be successful.”
While wearing so many hats, Jennifer’s job approach is to emphasize flexible multitasking.
“I enjoy helping people and solving problems,” she relates. “What attracted me to HawkGrips was the opportunity to be part of a company whose focus is to make a difference in the health/rehab world.”
Jennifer hails from Plymouth Meeting in suburban Philadelphia. Prior to joining HawkGrips, she worked as “CEO at the Flamm Household” for eight years, a role she still maintains with two young children at home. Before her days as a stay-at-home mom, Jennifer worked in management.
“Most of my free time is spent with my family,” shares Jen. “Some of the things we like to do together are cook and go on walks.”
