At HawkGrips, we're committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We're here to make it right. If you feel that the product you received isn't what you expected, we are glad to accept returns or exchanges within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Distributor Purchases

Purchased from a distributor? Their return policy might differ. Contact the distributor directly for specific return instructions.

Return Eligibility
  • There is a 30 Day Return Period for eligible products which includes our IASTM tools.
  • Opened or used emollients are non-returnable, unless there is a product defect. Unsure - reach out to us, we are happy to help.
  • Products must be in the same original and clean condition as received, with all pieces included.

To facilitate a smooth return process, please:

  • Include a Completed HawkGrips Return Form: Without it, your refund or exchange may be delayed.

Our Responsibility

If there's a defect or an error on our end with any product, HawkGrips will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Please report any defects or errors within 10 days of receiving your items.

Your Responsibility

Shipping costs for returns are generally on you, unless we are at fault. For security and peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please be sure to include a copy of the Return Form / Email communication when you ship your product back to us. We will inspect and issue you a credit within a week. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Right to Deny

HawkGrips retains the right to deny any returns or offer partial refunds, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Education Refund Policies

HawkGrips-Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances, we may have to cancel a course. In such cases, a full refund of tuition will be issued within 14 days. We cannot be responsible for covering your travel and expenses. We suggest that you book refundable travel options.

Attendee-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 10 business days prior to the course, in exchange for course credit. Please reach out to us at education@hawkgrips.com so we can find a reasonable solution.

Virtual Course Guidelines

HawkGrips Certification Courses are hosted on Zoom. Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the best experience.

Connectivity Concerns:

  • If you lose connection, contact us right away. We're here to make sure you get all the educational content you need.
  • If tech issues can't be resolved during the session, we'll place you in the next available course at no extra cost.

Refunds due to technical issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.
