Here at HawkGrips, we want to ensure that you have selected the best product for your needs, and you are fully satisfied with your order. If for some reason you determine that the HawkGrips item you have received is not just right, we will be happy to accept your item for return or exchange within 60 days of your direct purchase.
For those who purchased their HawkGrips through a distributor, please note that distributor return policies may vary. Contact the distributor through which you placed your order for details on their return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, containing all pieces, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Opened/used emollient is not eligible for return.
To complete your return, we request you enclose a completed HawkGrips Return Form with your products. Refunds or exchanges may be delayed without an accurately completed copy of this form. Additionally, we encourage you to contact us before you return your item, to discuss a personalized solution to your issue.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will begin processing your refund or exchange. If you have chosen to exchange your product, we will accept the returned item and ship out your new product. If you choose not to exchange your item for a new product, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to you via your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first. Processing times can vary. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Accounting@hawkgrips.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HawkGrips reserves the right to deny any return or exchange, or to provide partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
