That's where our Iron-Clad Forever Warranty comes in. If your HawkGrips IASTM instrument gets knocked around, we'll either repair or replace it—no questions asked. We cover the repair or replacement costs; you only cover the shipping. If your tool is less than 12 months old, the shipping is on us (applies to United States orders only).

  • This warranty only applies to our HawkGrips stainless-steel IASTM instruments. Topicals, emollients, accessories, and other products and services are not included.
  • We've got you covered on repair or replacement costs, but heads up— the shipping's on you for tools over 12 months old. For international orders, shipping costs for all warranty replacements are your responsibility. However, if your tool arrives damaged and you notify us within 10 days of receipt, we'll take care of the shipping costs too.
