Kraig graduated from Allegheny University of the Health Sciences (now Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions) and is the Regional Director of Hand and Upper Extremity in the Philadelphia Region for ATI Physical Therapy.   In 2002, he became a Certified Hand Therapist through the Hand Therapy Certification Committee.  Kraig has extensive experience as a teaching/lab assistant for Philadelphia area physical therapy programs and continuing education symposia.  He has presented on the upper extremity to physical and occupational therapists, nurses and students on both local and national levels.  He is published in the Journal of Hand Therapy on radial head fracture rehabilitation.   His areas of expertise are acute and chronic hand injuries, complex traumatic hand injuries, elbow tendinosis and fractures, scapulothoracic and shoulder dysfunction (specifically, the overhead athlete), brachial plexus/thoracic outlet syndrome, peripheral nerve injuries and sports and  work related injuries.
