We’re keeping this simple because we want every HawkGrips instrument in the world to be in pristine condition.

HawkGrips backs-up every instrument we make with our “Iron-Clad Forever Warranty”*. If any HawkGrips instrument is damaged in any way, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, our customer.

For warranty service, simply return the damaged instrument to the address below with a brief description of the damage. The only caveat is we ask you to pay the shipping.
